How it Works
STAGE 1
Receipt of Emergency Call

An Aviators Air Rescue Subscriber or a relative, friend or well-wisher makes a call to our Emergency Response Centre and provides primary information regarding the emergency.

  • Type of Emergency

STAGE 2
Assist to locate nearest available Ground Ambulance Transport

The Paramedic shall assess the medical condition by asking Cardinal, Probing Questions and provides On Call First Aid Advice to Manage the Patient till the Medical help arrives.

STAGE 3
Based on patient's condition,activate Air Ambulance

The Paramedic/ Doctor approve the mode of Transportation (Ground and / or Air Ambulance) and alert the Dispatch Management unit.

STAGE 4
Air Ambulance activated,Patient shifted from/to the nearest landing zone

Ground Ambulance provides onsite primary medical care and shifts the Patient to the Nearest Stabilization Centre to preserve the Golden Hour.

STAGE 5
Ground Ambulance transfer to tertiary hospital

Ground Ambulance Transfers the Patient once Stabilized to the predetermined Helicopter Landing Zone.
